Join us on Saturday, June 22nd, from 12 PM to 5 PM, for an exquisite wine tasting experience at Heritage Farm, nestled in the heart of Long Beach.
Our host, Yaque, will be pouring a curated selection of Silva Road’s standout wines, including:
"Xavier" Left Bank Blend
Inspired by the classic Bordeaux blends of France’s Left Bank, this wine showcases structure and depth. Predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon with supporting Merlot and Cabernet Franc, it offers dark berry fruit, graphite, and subtle tobacco notes, finishing with polished tannins and elegant length.
"Evelene" Chardonnay (Two Expressions)
- Unoaked Chardonnay: Crisp, vibrant, and refreshing. This expression highlights the purity of the grape with notes of green apple, citrus blossom, and a clean mineral finish.
- Oaked Chardonnay: Richer and more layered, with notes of ripe pear, vanilla, toasted almond, and a hint of buttery brioche, balanced by a round, lingering texture.
"Jankalovitch" Cabernet Sauvignon
A bold and expressive wine with a firm backbone. Aromas of blackberry, cassis, and black cherry are underscored by nuances of cedar, mocha, and spice. Full-bodied with structured tannins and a long, velvety finish.
Pinot Noir
Elegant and expressive, this Pinot Noir is a crowd favorite for good reason. Silky and aromatic, it opens with red cherry, raspberry, and rose petal, evolving into earthy undertones of forest floor and subtle spice. A delicate balance of fruit and finesse.
To elevate your tasting experience, Heritage will offer an optional charcuterie board for purchase, thoughtfully prepared by their team in collaboration with a Michelin-starred restaurant. Expect a refined assortment of cheeses, cured meats, and seasonal accompaniments designed to pair beautifully with each pour.
