The Founders Wine Club is here to help you enjoy Silva Road to its fullest. Here is what we you can expect upon joining:

Fine Print:

• I am 21 years of age or older and authorize Silva Road to charge my credit card in accordance with the membership option selected.
• I will notify Silva Road of any changes to my contact, shipping, or credit card information. 
• I understand that by signing up for the Founders Wine Club I am making an ongoing commitment to receive our 4 annual shipments.  After a year, I can cancel my membership; cancellations must be received within 15 days before the upcoming shipment to allow for processing. 
• Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may or may not to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to states outside of California at this time. If Silva Road is unable to ship directly to your state, we can possibly arrange for the sale and shipment of our products through a third party. Please note, when dealing through a third party, wine prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted by Silva Road.  Wine Club shipping discounts do not apply to those outside of California.  Please email or call us if you are in another state other than California.
